One more day!

Wednesday night I went shopping at the Target with Randy R. I had to meet up with him to get my hat back. I was having withdrawals. It was seriously stressing me out thinking that someone else had my cowboy hat, and I honestly was worried that they had picked up the wrong hat. I just knew that I was going to meet up with him and be handed some random hat that resembled mine.

It’s not that my cowboy hat was all that expensive. A really good felt hat would have cost more than this, but this hat was custom made for me and has a really pretty Swarovski crystal hat band… but more than that, this hat is just really special to me and it’s MINE. I’ve had so many good times in that hat and because of that hat, that it’s SUPER special to me. It’s actually the second one of that style. I had to retire the first one because it got worn out.

So anyways… I met up with Randy at the Target and I bought some cute plain v-neck t-shirts. I’m addicted to v-necks right now. I shouldn’t be buying clothes that I can’t wear to work. I have plenty of those and I need more work clothes!

Last night I went home and packed for the trip. I usually try and cram as much stuff as possible into a smaller carry-on style suitcase, but this time I’m bringing to suitcases and checking them both. It’ll be so nice not having to worry about anything as I’m getting on and off the plane. I’ll be able to just relax and enjoy some drinks… and oh I will be drinking.

Kristi and her mother sent me a travel care package that arrived today. It had snacks for the trip, a Disney luggage tag, drink coupons for the flight, and a magazine to read. The hilarious thing about the magazine is that the cover story is about that other flight that CRASHED. Seriously? Does Kristi think that I would want to read about a plane crash while I’m on a flight?

I messaged her to ask her about it and she said, “Oh I didn’t even think about that.” Poor thing, living in Mississippi has her all messed up.

Tonight I have a few plans and I’m trying to figure out which ones of them I can actually make. Someone is going to get cancelled on…. Actually someone just did get cancelled on. Lol
