ROT Pride

I’m going to make my millionth attempt at trying to get back to blogging regularly.

Not too much new going on. Life is the same. I have my license now and I’ve been doing a little bit of real estate. I haven’t helped anyone sell of purchase any houses yet, but I’ve done some leases. I’d like to do more, but I just don’t have the time, or don’t feel like making the time. I have a lot going on with the regular job, the cleaning company, and Paco and his family.

I got a new phone. It’s the Palm Centro. I really needed it to get my life organized. Plus, I needed it to open up lockboxes and do REALTOR® type stuff. It’s so much nicer now having my calendar, to do list, and all my contact and email on my phone. I really wanted the red one, but Sprint doesn’t sell it anymore, so I have to buy the black one.

I’m so addicted to it. I am playing with it all the time and I can’t put it down. I’m kind of obsessed with it. Paco makes fun of me because I carry it with me everywhere, even in the apartment. I never leave it behind and it’s always by my side.

Not much is going on in the television world, so really the only show I’m addicted to right now is “So You Think You Can Dance!.” I haven’t decided on who I want to win yet. Nobody has really jumped out at me and I don’t have any favorites yet… which makes it kind of hard to really get into the show.

It’s sinfully hot here in Texas. This is the time of year where I stop going outside unless it’s absolutely necessary. I get hot way too easy, so this is miserable for me. We really need to do something about global warming before we all just disintegrate. Isn’t it obvious to all the morons that don’t believe in global warming yet? All the floods, hurricanes, tornadoes and such is PROOF that the world is dying and it’s going to take us with it!

I’m disappointed the Hillary didn’t get the Democratic nomination. I like Obama ok, I guess, but I really wanted Hillary. To me, getting Hillary means getting Bill. What does Obama come with… some lady nobody knows. Oh well. I guess what’s most important is NO MORE BUSH and NO MORE REPUBLICANS. I think if we have to have 4 more years of republican rule, the earth will implode.

Gay Pride (and the Republic of Texas Biker thing – ROT) was last weekend. I forget every year when it happens that I want to be out of town, until it’s already happening. It’s so annoying to be here because you can’t go outside without the roar of motorcycles everywhere. Forget trying to have some peace and quiet. Plus, the gays, they are everywhere. Ugh. lol

I don’t mind the gays, obviously, but it’s no fun to be out dancing when there is no room to move because it’s full of drunk obnoxious gays that don’t know how to behave in public, behaving clearly as if they have no Pride at all.

Ok… time to get ready for work!
