ANNOYED

I’m super annoyed right now. I thought ATT was to blame for my new modem not arriving, but it’s not them. I called them this morning. First off, I HATE, absolutely HATE voice recognition prompts on phone lines. You know, those prompts where you speak your selections instead of pressing numbers. ATT has one and I hate it. I hate the woman’s voice too, and I swear one time when I said “NO” loud and bitchy, the recording got attitude with me. She said, “OK,” in snarky attitude.

Does ANYONE prefer the voice activated prompts over pushing numbers?

Anyway, it turns out that I called to for the replacement modem on the 5th and it was delivered to my office on the 6th. They’ve had it for all this time and have never put a note on my door or called. I hate them.

It infuriates me the most because I was so desperate for internet access this weekend that I was sitting in the business office for two hours using the free wireless… all the while my modem was literally feet away from me.
