Sniffles

Last night, after work, I had to run these hugest boxes to the UPS store for Leo. Ugh, I’m not even going to get into the entire story of why I had them and all. While carrying one of them down the stairs, I scraped my knuckles on the wall, so my right hand was all gross and bleeding. The wall took a big chunk out of one of my knuckles. It’s super gross.

I went to the store and got some of that Nu-Skin junk to cover it up because it’s not in a good place for a bandage. You can’t bandage a knuckle very well. OMG when I put that stuff on, it stung so bad. I’m sure people all over the world heard me slinging obscenities. It stung for a long time afterward too.

But unfortunately there was too much blood, so the Nu-Skin wasn’t really taking very well. It was just gross all over. I went to Lakeline Mall to get some sunglasses with the gift card that Eric gave me for my birthday. It wasn’t fun shopping in there with bloody knuckles, and it took me forever to find a pair that I liked.

I’m just not about spending large amounts of cash on sunglasses because I leave them everywhere, I drop them all the time, and I even sit on them. So I’m not about to throw away more then like $20 on a pair. Since I had a $50 gift card, I was willing to go up to $70. I ended up finding a cute pair of Kenneth Cole shades and only had to spend $14 of my own money. Yays!

After the mall, I came home and planted myself on the couch for the rest of the night watching teenybopper shows on the WB, my favorite thing to do! I went to bed early, slept in and that brings us to right now. I need to go get some food and maybe try to get some sunlight today. I need to get some allergy medicine too, because I’m tired of the congestion and the sniffles.
