Blue Sude Shoes and ELVIS!

Today wasn’t so bad at work. I wasn’t hating on my job as much as usual. I think I’ve gotten over that phase for a while. I’m also so actively searching for a new job that I think it’s setting in that I should hopefully be out of there soon.

After work I was in a mad rush to get things done before I had to run off to dinner and bowling. I went to the grocery store to get laundry detergent, fabric softner, and a few other things.

I came home and got right into starting my laundry, then had to run off to dinner. We all met up at Suzi’s on Anderson Lane. Eric and Michelle’s boyfriend (Joe), joined us. My favorite dish wasn’t on the menu, so I just asked them to make it for me.

I have to admit that their Chicken Fried Rice (no veggies) is much better than Wan Fu, but still not as good as PF Changs. Luckily they give big portions, so I’ll be able to eat some again this week!

Bowling was lots of fun, and we actually won two games and the match. We lost the third game by only 27 points, but we played really well. Everyone bowled above their average, and both Michelle and Ryan scored their highest games so far.

Now I’m at home and trying to finish up my laundry. I have one load in the wash and one load in the dryer, so I guess it should be about another 45 minutes to go.

OH! I wore my blue suede shoes today, which everyone made fun of because nobody else has awesome fashion sense like me. But the weird thing is that when I checked the mail there was an ELVIS TV guide in there! WEIRD! Blue suede shoes and ELVIS!
