Another hectic day…
Last night was bowling night. It was a good end to a hectic day. We won the first two games, and lost the third. It didn’t matter though, because only one person showed up from the other team, so it was an automatic forfeit. So we get the max amount of points, 7.
You might be wondering how we lost the third game against one opponent. Well, when people don’t show up, you get to put in their average in place of them. The missing people had high averages, so they were beating us without even being there.
Chad and Rupert were being all weird again. They drove to my apartment, and I drove from there to the bowling alley. When we all got in my vehicle, it was dead silence. I could tell something was up. They sat in the back, and Kristi sat up front with me. They spent the entire ride whispering and giggling back there. What the hell?
After we got to the alley everything was cool. We had a great time… especially when Chad went up for one of his turns and managed to swing his arm back and drop the ball as he headed for the lane. We all just about died laughing, including Chad.
He said as the ball dropped, he thought it was going to fly back and hit someone. He dropped it because the finger holes were greasy and slippery. YUK! See, that’s why I bought my own ball. I’m not trying to be putting my finger in there with someone else’s gross finger sweat.
Well, I must get back to work. I’m a busy busy man!
